Meet Our Yoga Teacher: Carol Germano is a Brazilian artist and a yoga teacher. Carol has advanced teaching in restorative yoga. When Carol is not on the mat she enjoys listening to blues and jazz, hiking, dancing, eating pizza (balance is everything, right?) and spending time relaxing with her family. About the Class (45 min): Y6 101: Maybe you’re brand new to yoga or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. These classes will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. You will receive an experience that is ENERGIZING, EMPOWERING, and FUN! What to bring: Yoga Mat, water bottle. ( blocks are optional )
