Where to practice drum set in NoVA?

Hey everyone, I'm new to Alexandria and love playing the drum set even though I'm not advanced. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment, so I can't have a set of my own. Does anyone know of any options around here? That might be lessons, jamming with someone in their garage, music stores, etc.. Thanks!
