I am using my hand and mind mechanism to send out messages to the great out-there. I am asking for affordable rents for all. I hope everyone can find affordable housing in good neighborhoods. I am asking for all neighborhoods to be good neighborhoods. I am asking for city governments and banks not to always hike property taxes and property value assessments. I am asking landlords not to be greedy with the rents. I am asking why housing costs have doubled and tripled over the last 20 and 30 years. I am asking why utilities and groceries have gone up so much but never down. I am asking for new, corruption-free money and political systems.
