We are a growing general contracting firm in downtown Washington, DC specializing in residential property maintenance. We are looking to increase our handyman staff and need the candidate to possess the following: * Excellent knowledge of and experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. * Must be prompt and available to perform tasks same day. We understand bigger repair jobs take longer but we need someone to be able to get to the small repairs in a timely manner. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. You will meet residents and must be professional, respectful and courteous at all times. * Access to email and text on the go is a must. We must be able to reach you via phone, text or email and a timely response will be required. * Must have clean driving and criminal record! We are looking for a team member who is dedicated to doing a good job and making sure our clients our happy. We pay hourly and payment to you is sent within no more than one week of completion.
