Even "Sleepy" Joe Biden had higher TV ratings for his inauguration than dumb little Donny. And of course dumb little Donny had WAY lower TV ratings for his inauguration than Obama had for his. So both the guy before Trump and the guy after Trump had much higher TV ratings than dumb Donny. What a sad, sad little loser.
