I can understand why the city would allow Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally in the Harley Davidson parking lot, but the city should not burden people that want to go to a clean beach or park with the noise and pollution this generates. Holding it only in the Harley Davidson parking lot would not affect any revenue because they will still come to play, stay and drink.
