Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) 10 Shelton McMurphey Blvd. Eugene, Oregon 97401 Hours: Hourly 0-5 hours/week as needed Duration of position: Up to 6 months from date of hire with the possibility of becoming a permanent position General Description Brief description of the job to be performed Contacts and schedules appointments with participants in a timely manner according to study protocols. Gathers non-observed urine samples at participant homes from youth (age 12-18) for drug screening. Accurately prepares and ships out urine samples to lab for analysis. Communicates regularly with supervisor by email or phone on status of urine collections. Stores paperwork confidentially. Electronically submits paperwork to supervisor regularly. Will use own vehicle for traveling to participants’ homes or other community locations within Umatilla County. Will be reimbursed at the federal rate for work-related mileage. Works out of home; no office space provided. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified the way we conduct research to minimize in-person contact with participants and other staff. Limited in-person contact will be required without entering homes. OSLC has strict procedures in place to minimize risk to the employee and participants. When COVID restrictions have been lifted within the state of Oregon and it is considered safe, we may revert back to more in-home procedures. For a complete job description and to apply:
