Carpenter/Contractor and Exterior House Painters needed

Hey CLer's! We are looking for some kick-ass skilled professionals to help us finish a full remodel job in Milwaukie. This is a W2, temporary employment opportunity that will last 2-6 weeks depending on the position. Position #1: Carpenter/contractor - Need someone who has varied experience & can do the following things: -Build or fashion a custom-sized interior door -Build and repair a picket fence -Create/install door threshold -Cut/Install permanent closet shelves -Repair old windows -- counterweights, replacing glass/reglazing, etc. -Building custom-sized screen windows -Repairing/fixing screen doors -Other random tasks Position #2: Exterior House Painters -Need 2-3 people to share a job. -Scrape, thoroughly prep, and paint exterior of a large home & garage -This job will be done in stages depending on how the weather cooperates, so will need to be available to work on dry (or partially dry days) for about a month These are all ***W-2 Temporary Employee positions*** beginning as soon as we find the right people.
