Hard drill pipe needs a cleaning

Well been playing with my drill stem here lately an I come to notice its starting to rust.. I guess you can oil it to get rid of rust.. it even help it fit any tight hole that I need to drill. Would like for this drill to be cleaned polished an oiled.. looking for asap close to exit 7or 8. My pipe is pretty thick an normal length.. looking to drill deep hard an tonight.. message stats of your qualifications. Picture are plus.
