Missing Dog- Cash Reward!

My dog velvet ran away and is still missing. She is very shy so if you see her please do not try to chase her. She ran away 3/10 at around 12pm and may have been in the area of Constitution and Troy on 3/11. We've searched the area with no luck however she could have gone further east or may be hiding under a trailer or in a storm drain. She has been out in the freezing cold rain and snow for days and we are very worried. Velvet is a rottweiler/husky mix and has one blue eye, one brown eye. She weighs about 75lbs and was last seen with no collar on. Anyone that can give me information that leads to her being found alive will receive a cash reward no questions asked, I just want my dog back.
