Growing property management company is seeking a qualified Dayporter/Janitor. Job may require occasional light maintenance duties such as light bulb changes and replacing ceiling tiles. Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Work schedule for this position 4-6 hours per day Monday thru Friday.
