Join an established property management firm working in the field of long-term residential leasing, management and real estate sales. The position being offered will require a prospective candidate to have a broad understanding of property maintenance and fulfill maintenance tasks as needed. Prospect must have the ability to fulfill work orders in a timely manner, work independently, keep track of project time sheets and vehicle mileage are critical tasks for this position. Prospect must have their own tools for the trade. Prospect must have reliable transportation and willing to travel from Palms Springs to other Coachella Valley cities as scheduled to fulfill maintenance work orders. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speakers a plus but not a requirement.
