Description

Dog found yesterday (March 13, 2021) near the intersection of Franklin St. and Broadway St. in the Belmont neighborhood. She is about 35 pounds and has blue eyes. Her coat is white with black patches. She had a green/camo cloth collar but did not have any tags. She's now at the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA.
