Looking for a janitorial subcontractor to clean a building twice a week, early mornings until afternoon.
-Must have Worker's Compensation and General Liability, No Exceptions.
-Must be willing to sign a non-compete agreement.
-Must be able to pass a background check. Must not have a criminal record.
-Must have your own supplies such as mops, brooms, dust mops, vacuum cleaner, etc.
This job would ideal for someone who already has a cleaning service and wants to fill up their schedule.
