WANTED Day labor for Remodeling

Private homeowner doing my own remodeling is seeking skilled helper(s) with light carpentry experience to assist with various projects. Drywall, trim, crown molding and painting experience required. Wallpaper and laminate flooring a plus. Some masonry, concrete and hardscaping experience also desired but projects are minor and not required. Because I live here I am being extra meticulous as to quality and attention to detail. I need only those with the skill and patience to work with me in achieving this goal. No contracting offers Please! I am experienced and doing this project myself. But I am 64 and looking for a willing assistant(s). I am not looking for a turn key quote. The location is a private home in N. Raleigh near Crabtree Valley. You must have your own reliable transportation. You must be able to do moderate lifting and use a ladder. I have all the hand and power tools necessary; but you must exhibit the ability to use them properly and safely. You must be able to work unsupervised at times on projects as explained and assigned. As to COVID. I have been tested and found negative. I rarely leave my house except for groceries or building materials. I do not usually wear a mask when working on these projects as I find it bothersome. If you are not comfortable with this do not apply. On my end I ask that if you were tested, it was negative. If you’ve not been tested that you be honest about possible exposure and that you take daily reasonable precautions. I am OK with you not wearing a mask if you meet this criteria. Absolutely NO drug use or criminal history. I may do a background check if I feel it’s necessary. No smoking unless on break and outside only. You can start as early as tomorrow. I can be flexible on days and hours, but could offer steady work for up to two months. 9-10 am until 5-6pm M-F if desired; but not necessary. I am willing to break the work up among several part timers with the right qualifications including Saturday work if you wish. Starting pay range depends on qualifications and work ethic. It is posted under the map above. I can pay cash daily or by the week. My preference is weekly only because it means you will be reliable. I am willing to increase the hourly rate accordingly with productivity. This offer is real. Unfortunately at best I can only accommodate 1 or 2 individuals for this project. So please accept my apology if I do not reply as I expect a fairly large response. I obviously will hire those who I feel have the best qualifications and work ethic.
