Rehoming blue parakeet

Blue parakeet roughly 2 years old named dexter. He is very independent, and doesn’t like to be held to much. You can pick him up but he typically just flies away. He used to have a buddy parakeet, he passed away recently, so now he spends most of the day by himself. I work about 80 hours a week so I don’t have much time to spend with him anymore so I need to rehome him to someone who either has time to spend with him or at least has other birds. Asking $20 rehoming fee just so I know he goes to a good home. He comes with a flight cage and a smaller travel all toys and whatever food and treats are left.
