Landlord's counsel harassing me. In need of free help

Description

Since the September 2020 moratorium, I've been paying only 25% of my rent. My landlord is close to being a slum landlord. In six years I complained about mold infestation in my unit (former tenants complained as well as I discovered not too long ago), sent emails every year with pictures. Last year, due to covid-19, I stayed in my unit longer than usual and my health suffered (asthma, allergies, etc) I believe that the demise of my 2 older cats is due to this mold problem. When they ignored one of my emails, last September, I had enough and called the Housing Inspector. Remediations efforts were done last January (not properly though; the ventilation was poorly done and a constant chemical smell lingers ever since). Last November, because of my complaints, the landlord started a buyout pre-negotiation, asked me to send a proposal (which I did), and then hired a counsel that is harassing me ever since. Last September, I sent, as required per the moratorium, a declaration of covid-19-related financial distress. I emailed with proof to the landlord counsel that I sent the declaration via certified email to the landlord in September 2020, but last Thursday, the landlord's counsel had someone posting 2 documents on my door (fifteen-day notice to pay rent or quit with a blank declaration of covid-19-related financial distress). I am a 60 years old guy with chronic pain/depression, out of work since last March 2020. Finding work when you have a younger workforce to compete with is daunting, to say the least. I need (free or cheap if possible) legal help. It's that serious and I am stressed out of my mind. Please. Thank you. Any help.
