Looking for sailboat timeshare

Hello, I'm a hands on engineer (mechanical and electrical degrees) who grew up around boats, and owned one. I am relatively new to the San Francisco. I am looking to see if there are any larger boat owners (25-30ft+) that are interested in time sharing? I am capable of doing all kinds of maintenance, wiring, hull cleaning, mechanical etc, and would hope to strike a deal where I could do some work on the boat in exchange for partial payment.
