Traveling from the heart of the Adelaida district in the rugged coastal range west of Paso Robles, Winemaker Daniel Daou, will combine forces with Roe Seafood to elevate the Wine Dinner. Experience this March. Once hailed as a promised land, DAOU is now the next frontier of world class Cabernet Sauvignon. This five-course meal will be expertly paired with DAOU Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pessimist by DAOU.
