Hiring Experienced Maintenance and Grounds-keeping Personnel.
Multiple Immediate Openings.
Full Time (40 Hours +) INCLUDING ALTERNATING WEEKENDS
Part-Time Weekend Positions also available.
Regular Hours 6:30-3
Salary will depend on your experience.
General Duties Include:
· Maintain the property curb appeal and general cleanliness of property.
· Landscaping including Mowing. Trimming, Wed eating, Irrigation.
· General Upkeep including Clean, Paint, Repair, Maintain.
· Garbage Collection from Drop-off Stations.
· Fill Small Propane Tanks (will train)
· General Repair and Maintenance of Systems and Equipment
On a daily basis there are multiple tasks that need completing.
Most are routine, however some will be unexpected and urgent.
Basic Requirements:
· Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently
· Operate Landscaping Tools and Equipment
· Drive Maintenance Vehicles
· Skilled with Hand Tools and Power Tools
· Must have a valid CA driver's license
· Reliable transportation to and from work
· English required. Spanish is a plus.
· Must pass background check
