$19/HOUR - 4 Days/Week 8:00AM - 6:30PM WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY SE HABLA ESPANOL We are a property management company looking for a maintenance worker for the apartments that we manage. The apartments are mostly in San Bernardino. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. Your work will be: 1. Making a unit "RENT READY"-this includes cleaning out the property, patching drywall, fixing doors, cabinets, fixing electrical outlets, painting the unit and leaving it ready for someone to move in 2. Going to service calls, "WORK ORDERS" from tenants - clogged sink, unclogging the main line, fixing a water heater, fixing a leak etc. IF YOU HAVE ANY FLOORING, ELECTRICAL, AIR CONDITIONER REPAIR etc. experience please tell us in your email to us.
