Description: We are an ESSENTIAL SERVICE and we are URGENTLY HIRING Field Technicians! The technician’s primary purpose, and our company’s primary purpose, is to clear contents from a home or business to make room for the construction process to begin, related to an insurance claim. We are urgently looking to increase our crew teams. Opportunity for growth for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Job Description: Most job sites we work on have recently experienced a difficult loss such as a fire or flood. The Field Technician/Crew Member is responsible for working as part of a team while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation. This includes, but is not limited to, packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, deodorization of items, assisting with the inventory and/or disposal of on-site contents, preparing contents for storage, and moving items into storage. Other responsibilities may arise as deemed necessary. Schedule: Our crews meet at our Corona warehouse, then carpool to various job sites. General hours of operation are 7 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. These hours can vary due to the nature of the industry and the location of an assignment. Occasional weekend work may be required as well. Additional Details: - Applicant must be punctual and have strong communication skills. - Applicant must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. - We are willing to train the right candidate, so previous experience not essential. - Hourly wage starts at $16 to $18 - Paid overtime. - Prefer full time, however will consider consistent/steady part time.
