If you read an ad about a AWESOME tribute band that will have all these gigs and activities, fact check the people you talk to. There are some real clowns out there happy to waste your time with empty promises. Ask to see the booked gigs past and present. If they do not have some videos, and audio and a few references, you are likely talking to someone who specializes in lots of rehearsals and free gigs....just to get the band off the ground of course. Some of the bands are great and those people will deliver good times. Most are not and a few specifically have been trolling CL for years looking for the next set of suckers. Just a friendly tip.
