CARNEY, MD — A man who suffers from a cognitive impairment has disappeared near Carney, police said Saturday. Ivan Dooley, 88, may be driving a maroon Honda Accord with Maryland tags BG0655, according to officials. He went missing from the 9600 block of Alda Drive around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13, police said. He was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, gray pants and a black hat with an eagle on the front and is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 175 pounds. Have you seen Ivan Dooley? Call 911.
