Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general, corrective, and preventative maintenance of both equipment and buildings throughout Company designated facilities. Facilities: Orange County and San Diego County Clinics and Surgery Centers. Daily Travel to Orange and San Diego Counties as needed to support clinic needs. Paid Mileage or Company Vehicle Drives to/from designated company office locations to perform general, corrective, and/or preventative maintenance. Moves equipment and supplies to/from designated locations and/or designated storage areas. Performs minor office repairs at clinic locations as needed. Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary. Ability to work early morning or late night shifts. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Detail oriented, problem solver, self-motivated, customer service focused. Basic computer skills. DESIRABLE: Trade school graduate with related facilities or maintenance knowledge. Prior experience working in healthcare or medical office environment.
