 at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York 11787-0646 until 11:00 A.M., on March 25, 2021 at which time and placethey will be publicly opened and read. Specifications may be obtained on or after March 11, 2021 from the Office of the Town Clerk atthe above address Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope designated Bid #21-025 - Sporting Goods. The Town of Smithtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids must be submitted intact. Do not remove any pages. Non Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements  must accompany each bid. The Town of Smithtown encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in all bids.
