Join us for 3 amazing events in the month of March aligning with new beginnings and fresh start. We invite you to a live outdoor sound healing experience to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon in March as well as the Spring Equinox. March 14th is a New Moon in Pisces- perfect energy to go deep into the subconscious and tap into your intuition to create a beautiful vision for your life. March 21st is Spring Equinox and we will celebrate by aligning with the energy of finding balance and planting seeds for new beginnings. March 28th is a Full Moon in Libra energy- time to find the balance and align with harmonious relationships. Get ready to relax in a beautiful outdoor setting under the stars and experience a one of a kind sound journey with breathwork, guided meditation, live mantra and sacred instruments. This experience led by Ava Milva along with her team of healers will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, clear and aligned. Sound healing is a powerful healing modality that heals on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. By listenting to certain frequencies our body responds by letting go of old trauma and emotions and creating a relaxed and peaceful state of being. This special in person experience is one of kind held in an amphitheater setting outdoors where you have ample space to social distance while being with community at the same time. This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to leave you feeling a state of bliss and joy. What we will do: * Light body warm up to receive the healing sounds * Breathwork to let go of old emotions * Guided Meditation to align with abundance and love * Sound healing with live mantra and energy healing Bring your yoga mat and a warm blanket to be cozy. Optional: Bring your crystals to charge with positive energy When- March 14th 21st and 28th at 7 PM Location: Pan Pacific Park next to the Grove at the Amphitheater area next to the museum How to find us: Park in the parking lot off of Beverly Blvd and walk past the basketball courts into the park and you will see the amphitheater straight ahead at the bottom right corner ( left of the museum) Please plan to arrive at least 15 mins early to allow for parking, etc. Also, please wear a mask for arrival and check-in.
