I'm looking for a part time/intermittent handyperson to assist me maintain my rental properties. Reliability and fast, on-call capability very important. I would like someone well versed in how houses work, including appliances and especially plumbing. Should have own tools. Electrical and lawn care skills/experience a huge bonus but not required. Ability to haul junk away is important. Willingness to communicate directly with tenants is important. Send me a resume detailing your experience and a few references.
