BALTIMORE, MD — A woman who is nonverbal and has early signs of dementia has been reported missing in Baltimore. Charmaine Richardson, 65, was last seen in the 2900 block of East Federal Street around 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 11. Police said she was last seen wearing a black and white shorts set. Richardson is 140 pounds and 5 feet, 3 inches tall. Anyone who has seen Charmaine Richardson or knows where she is may call the Baltimore Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 443-984-7385 or dial 911.
