Sub-Contract: Lawn and Landscape Experts Techs and Labors Needed!!! (San Antonio and surrounding areas) SUB-CONTRACTING: LANDSCAPING AND LAWN TECH SERVICE NEEDED!! (LABOR $15.00 PER HOUR) MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!! **Can start working right away!!!** Simple Lawn, Tree and Landscaping, is growing quickly, and we need a few folks that want to join the team. We are a small landscape company that services San Antonio and the surrounding cities. Our main services offer general landscape design, installation and lawn maintenance services for residential/commercial. We are currently looking for energetic, hardworking, positive people to join our team of professionals. We strive to keep a fun, educational and professional atmosphere with-in the company. You will work closely with Simple Lawn, Tree and Landscaping, and be in command on most job sites. This person will be responsible ensuring job duties are performed correctly, within the time allowed, and in accordance with company policy. We are excited to find the right team members to grow with the company. If you believe you are the right person for the job, we would love to hear from you. You should have some experience in Lawn maintenance, Landscaping or high paced work. You must be dependable and on time, tardiness is not tolerated. We don't want to hear about excuses. You must be presentable- Hair and facial hair in order, no sagging, no obscene piercings or tattoos. NO jerks, No Smoking at houses or commercial sites, no attitudes no nonsense is a requirement. Job Requirements: LABORS: Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, tree trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. LANDSCAPE TECHS: - 2 yrs. Experience in general landscaping, and outdoor power equipment. - Valid Texas driver’s license - 2 yrs. Experience in leading a team and delegating tasks. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with team. - Excellent hospitality and salesmanship skills with client. - Ability to identify and solve problems in the field. - Must be able to lift 100 lbs. - Must have own transportation. -Must have own Equipment for residential and commercial jobs. - Bilingual preferred but not required Email Resume to: [email protected] ****PAY 15 DAYS AFTER JOBS ARE DONE****
