Full Job Description Primary duties will be supervising approximately 20 associates involved in all facets of the truss facility, including measuring, cutting, assembly, order filling, loading and housekeeping. Oversees the truss department. Motivates, leads and trains employees to ensure performance, production and delivery requirements are met. Assists in hiring and counseling employees on problematic situations. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to plan, prioritize and organize the work of others, determine priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure and stress -Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details -Ability to handle responsibility and be accountable for actions/decisions -Problem solving skills; ability to identify problems and find viable solutions -Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment -3+ years of truss related experience -set up on tables -work on saw -knowledge on truss plant -meet 1500ft board per person - 100 board ft. for man hour -Ability to work overtime -Ability to pass a background check and drug test **FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION CALL MAYRA 915-213-8316**
