There are several patches on the seams of our box gutters. This had led to pooling and rainwater spilling over under heavy weather conditions. Looking for someone to repair and lower these patches to eliminate the pooling. Must be insured (and able to prove it) and have a PA contractor number. Must also be able to give references.
