I have a ferret who is eating chunks of raw meat as of now and I'm definitely in need of a more variety of meat for him so he gets all the nutrition and things he needs. I'd be interested in almost everything because he is able to eat tons of meat like Beaver, Rabbit, Lamb, Fish, etc. Chicken heart even would be fine, duck heart, chicken feet, duck neck, turkey neck, Spleen, liver, and kidneys. He's only allowed to eat fresh meat that has no additives whatsoever because it could definitely be life threatening for him of he ingested the saline solution mixture or other salt mixtures that are sometimes injected into the meat at grocery stores.
