The position requires leadership skills, being able to read a tape measure and operate common power tools. Must have a CDL or be willing and able to get a CDL. Prior fencing experience is recommended though not required. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be dependable. The position also requires organizational skills and efficiency while maintaining a high level of quality of work. Having a positive attitude, being able to lead a small group of workers and seeing work to completion is vital to this position.
