Mark 70 Condominium Association was built in 1972 and is an 18-story high-rise condominium located in Cherry Hill. Mark 70 is currently looking for a Full-Time Janitorial Maintenance Assistant. The candidate must have a general knowledge of plumbing. In addition, we are looking for a candidate who is able to troubleshoot electrical issues. Carpentry knowledge is a plus. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Some of the daily duties consist of the following: • Clean and buff floors • Vacuum carpets and wipe down all furniture • Wipe down and sanitize elevators • Clean mirrors • Wash windows and doors • Check dumpster and recycling • Pool maintenance during pool season • Assist with snow removal, salting, and cleaning during the winter season • Back up/assist maintenance - as needed If interested, please email resume to [email protected].
