Job Description: Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from property management Assists in the maintenance and general repairs of the buildings' exterior and interior (plumbing and electrical). Maintains pool during the summer by cleaning and balancing chemicals. Prepares apartments for occupancy in accordance with apartment turnover protocols. Monitors community receptacles and compactor to ensure properly disposed of. Requirements: Self motivated to complete tasks with minimum supervision Hard Working with high energy and commitment After hours on call and rotating weekend on call availability Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
