Full time helper, for a 2 man Deck building crew. Skills required: Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Have a high skill/comfort level with power tools Comfortable with heights Understand most construction terminology Able to lift and haul lumber Have your own Tool belt / Hand tools (drill, tape measure, hammer, screw driver, ect) Reliable transportation This position will need to help, and take direction from the crew leader Must be able to work independently when needed
