Handyman wanted to do repairs on a few apartments in Logansport. Interior and exterior. This is a part-time, as-needed, gig. The ideal person will be well-rounded in electrical, plumbing, carpentry painting, and a Mr. Fixit. etc. There will be some major work with vacancies, but for right now, just keeping things going with current tenants. Pick-up truck or trailer for moving appliances and furniture, dump runs, etc. as needed required. When doing these things, you will be reimbursed at the Federal Tax Rate of $.59 per mile. You must have your own tools. $2.50 hourly allowance above wages for using your own tools. Reply with details of your experience, skillsets, and references.
