Sweet sweet practice space on Hudson Ave in Bayview San Francisco. Ground floor room. Lots of room and lots of time availability. Has storage shelfs, fenced in parking. Shared with three other individuals who use the space infrequently. You can play loud at all times of day and night. Looking for a group or someone who will take my share at $300 month or two individuals paying $150 each. Pictures show the space with equipment but my side of the space with all the amps will be completely empty.
