Position Purpose: Installation / Take Down of Tents for Weddings, Birthdays or Company Parties. Set up and Pick Up of Bounce House Jumpers for customers who rent. Assist with set up at houses, halls, schools or company events. Includes loading and unloading of tables, chairs, linen, backdrops, and other items associated with the event. At the Home Base Warehouse the Canidate will be responsible for managing orders for pickup and return. Equipment must be counted and checked for damage as well as cleanded for re-renting. Ensuring on time delivery of customers rentals that are booked for delivery and Pick up. Follow through with preping orders provided by the organization must be followed on a daily basis or as required. Operational: Work with all Team Members to Ensure Quality Control measures are taken for all supplies rented out and returned. Ensure all orders are accounted for and provided adequate care for supplies and materials as requested. Technical: *Collaborate with all departments to ensure successful event and delivery happens. *Work on a daily basis with the Team to ensure all supply needs are packed and ready per the delivery schedule. *Communicate order updates, concerns and relative information to the team. *Manage and maintain our fleet of equipment daily to maintain clean chairs and tables at all times. *Maintain safety in the work place and in the field by complying with company safe work habits and conditions while performing task and assignments. Requirements: *Weekends are a must Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the core business days for this business. *Embrace Hands On mission and core values. *Valid California driver’s license for travel throughout the Bay Area. *Great oral and written communication skills with strong customer service skills. *Interest in working with people from varying backgrounds, age groups, and experience. *Must be willing to learn principles to our business. *Ability to drive vehicles like small U-hauls/large vans a plus. Experience driving medium-sized (10-14’) U-Hauls a big plus. If you don’t have this experience, we can train you. *Ability to lift and carry event supplies and load them into our fleet Traits *A team player who can also work independently AND have fun! *Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to adjust to changes in plans quickly and with positivity. *Professional demeanor in person, and with customers is a must.
