We are hiring all levels of experience to join our teams in Oakland and Sacramento. OTM is one of Northern California’s largest commercial furniture installation companies, offering services since 2010. We service a variety of industries including government agencies. OPEN POSITIONS: Warehouse Associate – you report to the same location each day, you are reliable, team-oriented and willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done Driver Class A, B & C – you start and end your day at the same place but spend your days in the field and have no major traffic and/or substance-related convictions If you enjoy working at different locations throughout Northern California, then one of our field jobs might be right for you. Apprentice - mechanically inclined and have a desire to learn Installer - experience installing modular furniture and have tools Lead – experience installing modular furniture, have tools and have led small projects and teams Supervisor – experience in furniture installation, computers and team management JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 18 years+ and eligible to work in the United States • Clean criminal history • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds • Flexible to work varying days/hours with overtime (we’re often working when offices are closed) • Reliable transportation • A professional work ethic, integrity, good hygiene and appearance • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure • Ability to prevent damage to person, product or facility • Professional interaction with team members and clients • Working knowledge of Cal OHSA, Covid-19 and industry specific safety policies and procedures WAYS TO APPLY: 1.
