Hours & Schedule: Multiple Type: Full time & Part Positions (We are growing!) Start: ASAP Other: Se Habla Espanol JANITORS & DAY PORTERS __________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS - Have experience or relative, performing routine janitorial work. - Have experience on all aspects of the janitorial services and be detail oriented. - Able to communicate in basic English. - Be 18 years of age or older. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. IN ADDITION, YOU MUST: - Have the ability to understand written and verbal instructions. - Be able to possibly pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening. - Strong work ethic, the ability to follow direction, and attention to detail. - Ability to understand written and spoken instructions. - Have ability to follow instructions and read signs - Ability to communicate on a basic level with client and building occupants. - Have a basic knowledge of cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment - Know the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions - Be able to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces - Must be able to stand and walk on hard and carpeted surfaces with some bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of items or carts - Be able to lift, carry, push and pull items or carts weighing up to 25 pounds- - Bilingual (Spanish/ English) not necessary, but is a plus.
