I am 33.5 years old, 5'8, 180 lbs and this past week or so i feel pretty tired around mid day. Anytime around 2-6 pm ill just start feeling drained. Sometimes I have a slight ache in my joints i guess you could say, like one of my knees, or when i run ill feel a slight ache in my right pinky
I eat meat a few times a week, eat out at bagel spots, chipolata, sometimes popeyes/ KFC
I might drink a soda once a day or less
go to the gym, run a few times a week
drink on the weekends
I started smoking more weed recently, probably once a night
i do need to drink more water
