Re Re has Google been corrupted by China?

Google has control of most of our cell phones. Not just the biggest search engine. I think that the deals that Google have made with China are very important not only to the security of this country, but also to our individual financial security. The US government does not want to let a Chinese cellphone with Chinese designed software into this country, but it may have allowed Google to become partners with the Chinese and allow similar software to be introduced into this country on existing phones. Who allowed this to happen? thanks, Bill
