We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our crew. Landscape experience required. The right candidate must be willing to learn and follow instructions. Full time position working in residential properties, commercial and in the oil field. Job Description: • Spring Cleanup • Fall Cleanup • Snow Removal • Hardscape • Irrigation • Planting • Herbicide Application (weed Control)- Mix and apply herbicide • Comply with the Department of Agriculture laws and regulations regarding the use of pesticides as outlined in the general, turf, and right of way categories. • Fertilization • Weekly mowing, trimming, pruning and aerating • Operate walker mower/ hustler, push mower, trimmer and blower • Record keeping- Complete required paperwork and reports • Clean and maintain all equipment Qualification/ Experience: • Previous Landscape/ Field experience minimum 2 year required. Must be willing and able to adapt to our company procedure. • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history • Professional attitude and presence, with solid communication and customer service skills • Basic math skills and conversions required to measure and mix proper amounts of liquids and granular products. • Ability to read maps and locate jobs readily. • Some knowledge of backpack sprayers, spreaders and/or calibration equipment a plus. • Must be detail orientated and have great written and oral communications skills. • Detailed record keeping and paperwork is extremely important. Physical Requirements: • We work outside in various weather conditions including but not limited to, heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice, performing physical manual labor. • Lift up to 80lb • Drag hose up to 300 ft. • Ability to lift, pull, push up to 100lbs • Bending and squatting • Must be able to pass Background check, Drug and Alcohol tests, physical exams, and pass government employment verification. Hours: Available to work from 6am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and as needed on weekends during the summer. Winter work will consist of various tasks including applicator training and snow removal operations which may require working nights, weekends, and holidays. $18.00 to $20.00 /hour to start
