Multi-family apartment community is currently seeking candidates for a full time Maintenance Technician in the Fort Collins area. The property is in a park like setting with many amenities. The main responsibility of this person will be to ensure that both the interior and exterior areas of the property are consistently maintained in top physical condition. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in general maintenance, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Having a C.P.O. license is a plus. Day to day responsibilities will include handling tenant's maintenance requests, making apartments ready for move-in, and unit renovations. This person will also be responsible for on-call duties on a rotating basis as well as attending to seasonal needs. The key candidate will posses: • Knowledge of maintenance principles • Skill in problem solving, decision making, and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments • Ability to perform assigned tasks and follow up if needed • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service with our residents • Ability to perform duties with limited supervision Competitive hourly wage, additional compensation for On-Call and Full medical benefits are included.
