So Janice Hahn being the good democrat she is, is standing up for the Bruce family whose land was placed under eminent domain back in 1924. Oh the Bruce family is black I've never heard one word from the dozens of similar cases of eminent domain of "white" people property eminent domain was part of most every city and county government when they wanted to rezone land, and put money into their pockets.. Take Anza Ave in Torrance, from a residential community with a two lane road, to a four lane road, so that richer people in Palos Verde could get to their jobs in the aircraft industry Who cared about those home owners? Or 223st just west of the Harbor freeway. a 2 lane street runnng east to west, then they put an off ramp from the freeway to Figueroa st, then widen 223 to a four lane road. Since then it runs heavy traffic right in front of a grammar school. Why she should not ask for all eminent domain proerties in LA county to be returned to there original owners. I know just politics and she should know, as her father Kennith Hahn was on the County Board of Supervisor's for a very long time Just politics as usual
