Psychic Mediums - Are Any Real?

I tried readings recently with two psychic mediums who came highly recommended. Both have good reputations online and around town. Both experiences, however, were failures, with the mediums not hitting on anything specific at all other than general things that would apply to anyone. I am open to the possibility that some mediums might be genuine so I'm not ready to give up just yet. Has anyone had an accurate reading, with information coming through that the medium could never know or guess? Thanks.
