Women's Self-Defense Seminar sponsored by Eclipse Martial Arts. Learn functional self-defense for everyday situations including escapes, striking and weapons. This two hour program addresses both prevention and physical resistance. Through both lecture and basic hands on tactical skills, you will learn many valuable self-defense tools. It’s also a lot of fun! No experience required. Comfy clothes recommended. This seminar covers adult situations. Participants must be 18 and older. Course material is provided by the International Seirenkai Organization, Eclipse Martial Arts, and Senshido Alaska.
