Need Mechanic - Steering leak?

Description

Edit: photos added. I came out this morning and it would appear my steering(?) is leaking. I would rather not take it to a shop, so I'm looking for a family man mechanic that wants to make some extra money to fix it. Don't have the money right this second but should in the next couple weeks. Shoot me an email and let me know what you think it would cost to fix. This isn't a new car so if some thing major is required its fine that it come out the wrecking yard. I had taking it to Les Schwab a couple years ago for an inspection (Needed breaks replaced). They wanted $1500-$3000 for some stuff that I wasn't even there for. Ended up doing the breaks myself in friends driveway(2 years ago) for <$100. This looks like its prob a little too big for my basic mech skills. I also don't have the space. I'd also be willing to help (I don't have a space, tools or knowledge to fix it). I could fix/upgrade any computers, networks and possibly electronics. I also have things I'd be willing to trade. My GF is an extremely experienced LMT(~15 years) and works at a chiropractor. She might be willing to trade time. Let me know what you think it might be and what you think it would cost(Pic attached). There are a few other things I'd like fixed or replaced (The rubber pieces Schawb was talking about. Googling them shows their $20-$50). When I get paid next (Prob later in this week) I'd be willing to tip someone to look at it. 1999 Honda Passport v6 4x4 (I believe a lot of the parts are Isuzu) Thank you for taking the time to read my ad. I appreciate it.
